What Causes Nipple Pain, Spotting And Increased Appetite Levels?

hi my period is due this wed. since last wed until last night i have had realy bad period like pains that i do not get normaly, i have had a very thick gooey clear discharge, my nipple hurts to brush, i have been eating constantly for the last 3 or 4 weeks. pregnancy blood test just over a week ago was neg and home preg test this morning neg....any suggestions?
