What Causes Nipple Pain With White Bumps?

hello , i have slight nipple pain and the white bumps on my nipple if i squeeze it i get a tiny bit of clear liquid is the normal?? i'm 30 with 4 children and my breasts are not changed in any form , i don't have any weird lumps just a disscomfort in the nipple area .. thank you
