What Causes Nipple Pain?

i have pain in on my nipples area on both breasts.have taken tests no lumps found gave me cod liver tablets and b-long chymoral forte..this pain is only in that area. it is solid.been since 2-3 months.

age-21, height -5'7 weight -62 no such cases bfore.
