What Causes Nipples And Areola Lumps With Spots?

hi I'll just get to the point my nipples are not smooth in stead they have little bumps around the aureole. but i also have little white dots within my nipples and they are not smooth either. plus when i squeeze out the white dots i notice that there are even more bumps . what exactly are those bumps and white dots?
