What Causes Nipples To Taste And Smell Foul?

hi! i'm really embarassed asking this question hence this being the only way i can get help on it. my nipples smell and taste funny (foul sour ) and my boyfriend has mentioned it a little too often- its killing our attraction and he doesn't even want to try. pls help
