What Causes No Period For Years Causing Swelling In Stomach?

hello im worried about my health, i havent had a period for over three years, suffer from facial hair and since my periods stopped my stomach has swollen up huge. i hurt down below like ive been raped sometimes and get tired easily. ive had a pelvic scan and apparently my ovaries are fine but im still worried.
