What Causes No Periods, Frequent Urination And Mucus And Blood In Stools?

I am 31 years old and have not had a menstrual cycle so far this year (atleast 5 months now) I am NOT pregnant and I have also been urinating frequently. There is also very small amounts of mucus and blood in stool ocassionally and always a slight pressure in that area as well - please tell me what you think...
