What Causes Nodules On Thyroid Along With Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue?

Hello, I went in for a physical this week and my doctor felt a lump in my neck. I had an ultrasound done and several 1-2cm nodules were found on my thyroid. Since the ultrasound I have been haVing severe neck pain that goes to my upper back a d shoulder. I ve also been having slight headaches, throat pain, shortness of breath and am very fatigued. I also get lightheaded and see black if I get up too fast. My blood test was normal for T4 and low TSH. What could be going on here? My doctor says since my T4 is normal it s unrelated.
