What Causes Noise In Ear?

Hi i am experiencing difficulty with my ear. I was at friends house we were listening to loud music. I know the problem was not helped by the music but i cant remember if it was started by it. All i know now is i can hear a low frequency seashell like sea noise in my ear. Any noise heard by my right ear is lower in tone
