What Causes Non Itchy Bumps On The Hand?

I have small non red....non itch bumps that started on my pointer fingers on both hand and are now speading throughout my hands..... I just got over cellulitis and dermatitis on my leg...but that was severely red and itched as well as hurt... these bumps on my hand are not red and dont itch.... they look like warts but are not hard and dont have a head on them
