What Causes Non Itchy Red Blotches On The Upper Cheeks?

Hi , I suddenly got these bright red blotches on my upper cheeks. Not itchy nor bumpy, not irrirating, it's just there. I was applying some acne cream on my upper cheeks, but I might've accidently mixed a little of a prescription cream for these white blotches i have, in my lower cheeks, while applying. What do I do to make them go away?
