What Causes Nose Bleed And Sharp Pain In Neck And Shoulders?

I have a friend who had a nose bleed out of the blue earlier today. She got her blood pressure checked around 1pm and it was 160/79 then 5 minutes later it increase 166/88. Now she is experiences sharp pains from neck to shoulder, shes feeling weak, having chills, and her face is throbbing. What do you think can cause it?
