What Causes Nose Bleeding After A Head Injury?

My daughter hit her head at work on the temple of her head and momentarily blank out for like 15 seconds and then had some confusion. She had slow reaction to questions being asked to her. About 6 hours later she had a nose bleed. She also felt tired after it happened. She was at work. She has not slept yet. Do you think she needs to go to urgent care?
