What Causes Nose Bleeding After Having Sudafed For Nose Congestion?

Ive had head/nose congestion along with a runny nose the last few days.I took sudafed yesterday and today. Earlier today i got a migraine with the spots in front of my eyes and then the really bad headache to follow. About a couple hours later my nose started to bleed. Can this be from the migraine or the sudafed?
