What Causes Nose Bleeding Along With Diarrhea And Nausea?

My 14 year old daughter has had nose bleeds (only through the left nostril) for 5 days, cramping and diarrhea for 3 days, nausea for 4 days (without vomiting, but close), and headaches on and off for 2 days. I thought that maybe the nausea and diarrhea could have possibly been a stomach virus or something that would go away on its own, but since those things were coupled with unexplained nose bleeds I decided to take her to an ER. The ER doctor performed an abdominal exam (which didn t indicate appendicitis), gave her a nose clip, and sent us on our way. Now, the blood is going straight down her throat. The ER doctor didn t seem to be concerned; in fact he said that they have been getting a lot of cases of nausea and diarrhea with children lately and that it must be going around, but he didn t have much to say about the nose bleeds. Should I be concerned?
