What Causes Nose Bleeding And Headache?

dear Doctor i've being haveing some headache sometimes i block out,nose bleeding vomiting and loose bowels went to emergency last week but they say its just a bug i got antibiotic which is finish,and painkiller,but it start again what should i do i keep blocking out at work.i allso suffer from sinus problems,my family are diabetic can u help me pls thank you.
