What Causes Nose Bleeding Inspite Of Being On Z Pack For Pneumonia?

Ok I am on day five of a z pack for pneumonia, I was laying in bed when I started coughing and sat up to drink garteraid and all the sudden my left nostril started gussing blood. Left a easy to find trail besides a big pool in my hand. Should I be worried?
