What Causes Nose Bleeds Along With Fatigue,shortness Of Breath And Rapid Heartbeat?

Hi - Currently do not have a doctor as mine retired 5 years ago. Am usually very active and healthy. Rarely go to the doctor. Have been experiencing over the last 9 months, Fatigue, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, frequent nose bleeds, headaches, joint pain, and a bout of pneumonia (which is still ongoing). Went to walk in clinic and he sent me to a heart specialist. Heart is fine. I need help. Had 3 nosebleeds today. Have been to emergency and they are no help.
