What Causes Nose Bleeds While Sneezing And Blowing The Nose?

I sneezed and then blew my nose and there was some blood when I blew. I have been suffering from seasonal allergies. I use Flonase and a neti pot. Is this ok? It is not actively bleeding but if I stick a kleenex towards the back of my nose, there are little tiny bite of blood
