What Causes Nose, Hands And Ears To Turn Red When Cold?

Please type your query here...my husband's nose and hands turn a deep red to purple color I noticed his ears also starting to look red/purple when he is cold. He is cold most of the time. He is taking Lisinporil for his heart. Could this be raynaud syndrone?
