What Causes Nose To Lean Towards Right?

Hi, when I was younger my nose was completely straight. When I was twelve however, I started to notice a slight lean developing. Now it leans to the right, not significantly but noticeably once pointed out. Is the normal? Also, is there any way to correct this problem without rhinoplasty?
