What Causes Nosebleed And Pinching Pain In Cheek And Into The Head?

I bent over and got a tight pinching pain in my right cheek and deep into my head, like diving deep underwater, and when I stood up a bunch of light brown liquid started pouring from my right nostril and I got really dizzy. It felt like it was coming from the area between my eyes. Now theres a bit of liquid coming out of my right ear too. Lately my ears have been plugging up a lot, and I've been getting nosebleeds which has never happened to me before. My jaw has been locking up too, and I get this weird sunburnt feeling around my legs and stomach on and off, sometimes for weeks at a time. Not sure if any of these things are linked. Most of it just started happening and I feel like a ticking time bomb. My body is definitely trying to tell me something.
