What Causes Nosebleeds And Dry Nose During Winter?

Hellow Doctor,I m Rose Dutta live I Kolkata India ,I want to ask a question about my mom.She is suffering for nosebleed from December 7.2014 to till now...I followed that this nosebleed problem always starting in the cold season ,coz last year 2013 she also suffered same problem at same cold season,she feels dry nose this time.and she picked her nose...our doctor at first give some antibiotic ,after that nosebleeds was stop,but after one month it was relapse then doctor give anti allergic medicine with a nasal drop,which is continue...but she is not cure,sometimes nosedleeds running from nose and throat...but it s not more... plz help me how she will be cure quickly...yeah her bloodpreser is normal now... thank you...
