What Causes Nosebleeds While Sneezing, Coughing And Brushing Teeth?

My husband is experiencing many nose bleeds at all times. When he sneezes,coughs,when brushing teeth also when putting on shoes. He is also feels pressure on his face like when you throw up. He went to a dr last 2weeks ago because he was congested he took antibiotics. His congestion went away but not the nose bleedings.
