What Causes Nosebleeds?

Yes hi. I have been getting regular bleeding noses, on the left nostril, also my upper neck/lower part of the back of my head feels like theres a pressure on the inside. My left side of my head when I get this sensation gets tingly/numb, often followed by a bleeding nose from my left nostril. I had a small cyst the size of a thumbnail removed from the back left side of my neck this time last year.

I also suffer from pretty bad hayfever, and possible high blood pressure, as I often overheat quite easily, should I see my GP about these issues?
