What Causes Numb Fingers And Painful Mass Under Rib Cage?

I have a mass under my left rib cage,it s been there about 12 months but is now larger and more painful,ive been doubled up in pain and generally feel tired and unwell for far too long! I m also have problems with my fingers they keep going numb and bright white/blue?!
