What Causes Numb Penis?

hi good day., i have problem from my penis., my penis feels numb and i can t obtain an erection anymore, it started 3 days ago when i tried a hot cloth warm up for my penis for about 5 mins., after that i imidiately took a cold shower., since then i can t feel my penis anymore., its like numb all the time
