What Causes Numb Tongue, High BP And Lethargy?

I have been experiencing for a few days now a numb tounge, some loss of taste and my fingers and toes feel like they are on fire. I am a 54 year old female in good health except for high blood pressure, which I am being treated for. I also feel very lethargic and slightly disoriented.
