What Causes Numbness And Burning At The Back Of Arms?

Hi ex 37 year Steelworker. For 10 years If I walk up a steep hill-Walk on a tread mill, The back of my arms from elbow up and my sholders feel like a heart attack.heart races hurts so bad if i bend my back over backwards and stand still, relief. chest and back pains curcliation test years ago no blockages. Torn roter no fix just time off. mri shows Bulged disk. Had theropy went away till I went back to work. Had to retire. severe nunbness and burning back of arms. I lay on an arched metal pillow for relief. thanks
