What Causes Numbness And Burning Sensation In Palms?

I have periferral neuropathy for last 11years and it is increasing, in that I have a lot of numbness and burning sensation at same time and also pain similar to that of my hand (palms) been cut with a sharp knife and the open wounds left to give a agony which is not easy to describe. IAM on Pregabalin 400 three times a day . I have become shakey on my feet and my balance is unstable, and also my knees and sides of my legs are acutely painful. In this condition I cannot go for walks and that does not help . Tell me honestly if my condition can cause me to be reduced to becoming BEDRIDDEN AND WHEELCHAIR BOUND ?
