What Causes Numbness And Darkening Of Finger Tips Post Exposure To Cold Weather?

5 days ago I was out in the cold and my hands got really cold worse I could ever rember the pain. I got them warm and one hand is good but my right hand three fingers at the tip are hard numb and in bad pain still. They are a lil dark but not black. Should I go to er or give a few more days.
