What Causes Numbness And Heaviness On One Side Of The Face?

For approximately four days now, I have been experiencing numbness and heaviness on the left side of my face. It is concentrated primarily on the left side of my four head and the upper left side of my cheek and temple area. I have also been feeling a bit dizzy, and I feel like I m kind of in a tunnel.
