What Causes Numbness And Pain After Surgery?

I had surgery -they found a tumor in the lower where uterus use to be - which was removed but now I am having numbness and pain that runs from around right side of lower abd. down thru thigh on the inside from mid way of the thigh - would that be the Femoral Nerve-if so what if any exercise can I do to help with this
