What Causes Numbness And Pain In Finger?

My right hand ring finger goes white and numb except for the pain that comes with it started last year was just the tip of the finger this year its the whole finger i have history of strokes and also an epileptic starting to worry its like there is no circulation to it cant feel anything like a needle poking it I have tried when i bend it i feel pain tho i haven't jammed it or broke it
