What Causes Numbness And Pain In My Legs?

Hi, I'm a 20 year old female. A day ago while trying to fall asleep my arm started to feel tingly (like when it falls asleep and you start to move it again). I ignored it, but during the night my legs and other arm had the same problem constantly, the next day I wasn't even able to sit still because of the painful numbness/tingling. Today it's now in my chest/breast area and neck. I've never had this happen before and I'm hoping it's just a side affect of PMS(Period started 4 days ago). Any idea what this could be?
