What Causes Numbness And Pain In Penis And White Deposit On Foreskin?

I am 53. Lately i find that there is no sensation in my penis. The penis muscle pains and there is white deposit inside the foreskin which i clean everyday. This never happened earlier. Even the thought of having sex does not excite me. There is some infection. Can you prescribe some medicine?
