What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Breast Post Injury?

I had a fall from a horse a couple of weeks ago and he trampled me and kicked me on the left breast. I had some bruising on it and now the bruising has gone, that area is numb and theres no feeling there at all. I also keep getting a sharp pain behind the breast and lost feeling in my nipple as well. Is it serious or will the feeling come back when the injury is completely healed?
