What Causes Numbness And Pain On The Vagina And Lower Abdomen?

Hi. I've been on diane 35 for the last 5 months. I had some spotting in the first couple of months of starting the pill and which my gynac confirmed was normal. I was detected with PCOS last year. At the time at which my periods were due this month I started having some dark brown discharge. Its been 15 days since I've been having brown discharge. The quantity of the discharge is very light. I had very little bleeding for a couple of days in between. Not enough for it to be termed as a period. I also had spotting of light pink diluted blood for a couple of days. I experienced a little numbness / dull pain on my vagina for a couple of days and on my lower abdomen. This pain was similar to menstrual pain. I have no itchyness or burning sensation and no foul odor.
