What Causes Numbness And Sharp Shooting Pain In Leg Post Knee Replacement?

10 months after total knee replacement, my left knee has never felt right. I have numbness frequentlyand also sharp, shooting pains when I move it in many directions. I feel there is something possibly loose in there. whether it s my implant or piece of something in there. what do you think?...thx......
