What Causes Numbness And Swelling On Toe?

my big toe on my left foot is numb, and when I am walking or sitting my feet swell and my Achilles tendon is sore and swollen. I went to a naturopath who said I am allergic to wheat, and intolerance to lactose. I have a thyroid cyst, and am wondering if this could be related to my thyroid, as I am always cold, and my dopamine is low. She is doing blood work for T3.
