What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Fingers After Having Rotator Cuff Surgery?

Yes I recently had rotator cuff surgery about 6 weeks ago, I am experiencing shoulder tightness and arm fatigue with burning sensation on my shoulder in the incisions area. Now I''am experiencing fatigue on my arm all the way to my wrist and numbness and tingling on three of my fingers. I also notice a lump on the middle of my palm that is very painful when I press on it.
