What Causes Numbness And Unbearable Pain In Hands?

Hello, This has been happening for many years but has progressed more frequently in the past few months. There are times when my hands will go numb and the pain is unbearable. It doesn t matter if I m sleeping or if i am actively doing something with my hands. Please help
