What Causes Numbness And Weakness In Body After Getting Flu Shot?

Had a flu shot Monday Jan 5 2015. Now I am having leg pain and numbness and weakness that travels through my whole body and i feel like i am going to pass out. I also have copd. My breathing has been fine I haven't been sick either. Just having this issue with my legs that travels through my body...In my legs it's mostly in the back of my legs and it comes and goes.
