What Causes Numbness Between Shoulder Blades After Delivering Baby?

8yrs after birthing my child I still have numbness between my shoulder blades, an area of about 5inchs round, over the spine but more to my left side - also numbness in my left heel. My right heel was numb but feeling came back about 2years ago. I exercise but those two areas remain numb. Why?
