What Causes Numbness In Arm A Month After Accidental Electrocution?

I went to plug in my electric dryer about a month ago and it shocked the heck out of my hand and arm. Just recently I started feeling numbness and tingling in the same arm. I shock literally almost everything I touch. What in the world is going on and what should I do?
