What Causes Numbness In Arm Along With Elevated Blood Pressure?

i am having issues with my vision my right arm below the elbow keeps going numb i drink water all day and all night sleep disruption, tired all the time but im not losing any weight i have gained 15 lbs my blood pressure has be running crazy 142 over 106 to 152 over 109 with pulse 101 to 109 whats going on. Help
