What Causes Numbness In Arm And Pain In Neck, Head And Chest?

I am 36 years old, for the past 3 days I have been feeling numness in my left arm and pain on the left side of my neck, my head has also been hurting in the lower back part, I've also have been having pain shoot up in my chest.... what could this be ?
