What Causes Numbness In Arm During Pregnancy?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with anemia (no specific type was told to me) and I experience arm numbness in my left arm every so often. It happens at random times; sometimes I barely notice it and other times it hurts so bad it makes me nauseous and gives me chest pain. Is this something to be concerned about?
