What Causes Numbness In Back And Second Small Toe?

Hello thank you for you're time. Hx: I am in my 30's. I work as a surgical scrub nurse, primarily in Endo. I am also a closet iv drug user for about six months now. I take pretty good care as to always use clean needle, plunges, etc.. also like to note that I lost my mother at age 66, and my high school sweet heart, wife, and mother of two beautiful children six months ago. So acquired a fair amount if stress and heart ache. These we're my two best friends, I now only have a 7yo and 3yo best friends.
Symp: about one months ago I started to notice left side thoracic pain, I associated it to stress. Since then the pain has now gotten to a 6-7/10 in the back, with some mild 2-3/10front chest pain, some burning in the back, numbness in the back and my left second small toe going numb.
