What Causes Numbness In Body Along With Sinus Pressure?

I went to a clinic w/ chills fever sore bone/ body deep dry cough sinus pressure they did a swab for flu was negative did chest xray was clear sent me home and said I have a virus but what they did say last night my body was numb and I was in a zone and was scared to sleep and when I walked around felt weird and if I layed down my body was on fore head to toe inside and then it went away after about 5 mins and did it again then I woke up very sweaty
today I woke with slight achy body numb and now stuffy head
